How do I earn points?

You earn points when purchasing eligible products on Akwadi. The number of points awarded depends on the product type and value.
Points are added after the order is successfully completed.

Points are not awarded in the following cases:

Orders paid using points.
Orders where a discount code (coupon) was applied.
Low-margin products due to their pricing structure.

Using Points:

The minimum points required for redemption is 300 points.
Points can be used for up to 20% of the total cart value only.
The remaining balance must be paid using one of the available payment methods.
Points cannot be combined with discount codes in the same order.

Example:
If your cart total is 10 KWD, you can redeem points worth up to 2 KWD only, and the remaining 8 KWD must be paid using an available payment method.

Points Validity:

Points expire 90 days from the date they are earned.
A notification will be sent 14 days before expiration.

Important Notes:

By using points, you agree to the terms and conditions of the points program.
If an order is canceled or refunded, any points earned from that order will be revoked.
Refund requests may be accepted if the customer does not receive the code or if an issue prevents product delivery.
Due to the nature of digital products, products cannot be refunded once the code has been delivered to or viewed by the customer.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
The number of points earned varies by product.
Some products may not be eligible for earning or redeeming points.
Akwadi reserves the right to add, modify, or remove points in certain cases, such as promotional campaigns or suspected abuse/misuse of the system.
Akwadi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points program or any of its benefits at any time in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
The points system and its terms may be updated from time to time to improve the user experience.

Once a code has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of a defect or an error in order fulfillment. Such cases are subject to verification in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.
