By accessing or using the Site, these Terms will automatically apply to you – so you should ensure that you read them carefully before using the Site. You are not permitted to copy or modify the Site, any part of it, or our Trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code, nor should you attempt to translate into other languages or create derivative versions. The site itself and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it remain owned by Aquadi.
Acwady is committed to ensuring that the Site is as useful and effective as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Site or charge fees for its services at any time and for any reason. We will not charge you anything for the Site or its Services without explaining to you exactly what you are paying for.
Acwady stores and processes the personal data you provide to us, in order to provide our service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and site access secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and restrictions imposed by the official operating system of your device. It can make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malware, compromise your phone’s security features and may mean that the Acwady website will not work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things for which Acwady will not be responsible. Some site functionality will require the application to have an active internet connection. Connection can be via Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Acwady cannot take responsibility for a site not being fully functional if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, and do not have any data allowance left.
If you use the Site outside of a Wi-Fi equipped area, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile service provider for data charges for the duration of the connection while accessing the Application, or other third party fees. When using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Site outside your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using the app on, please be aware that we assume you have received permission from the bill payer to use the Site.
In the same vein, Acwady cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the Site, i.e. you need to ensure that your device stays charged – if the battery runs out and you cannot turn it on to avail the Service, Acwady cannot accept responsibility.
In relation to Acwady’s liability for your use of the Site, when using the Site, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure it is up to date and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Acwady does not accept any responsibility for any loss, direct or indirect, that you suffer as a result of relying entirely on this site.
At some point, we may want to update the site. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – requirements for both systems (and any additional systems we decide to extend the app’s availability to) may change, and you’ll need to download updates if you want to continue using the app. Acwady does not promise that it will always update the Site so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version of Android and iOS that you have installed on your device. However, you undertake to always accept updates to the Application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the Site, and we may terminate use of the Site at any time without notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (b) You must stop using the Application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Changes to these terms and conditions:
We may update our terms and conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on this page. These changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
