How to Redeem an Amazon Gift Card

First, check the card's store

An Amazon gift card is redeemed and spent on the Amazon store from the same country as the card. The card's country is in the product name.

Make sure you're signed in to the right account. Once redeemed, the balance can't be moved to another account.

How to redeem your code

1. After you complete your order, you'll find your code on the order page and in your email.
2. Open the Redeem a Gift Card page on the card's Amazon store and sign in to your account.
3. Enter your code and select Apply to Your Balance.
4. The balance is stored in your account and applies automatically to your next eligible order.

Code not working?

• "The Gift Card has already been redeemed": the code was already applied, to your account or another one. Check Your Gift Card Balance in your account.
• Different Amazon store: the card is spent on the Amazon store from its country, and the balance can't move to a store in another country.

You can't use your gift card balance to buy other gift cards.
