How to Redeem and Use Roblox Credit

Use the card on a Roblox account from the same country as the card; the card's country is in the product name. It adds Roblox Credit you can turn into Robux.

How to redeem your code

1. After you complete your order, you'll find your code on the order page and in your email.
2. Go to roblox.com/redeem. You usually won't find redeem inside the game app, so use the link.
3. Log in to the Roblox account you want to top up.
4. Enter your code in the text box.
5. Click Redeem. A confirmation message appears once the credit is added.

Where your credit goes and how to get Robux

• It is added as Roblox Credit. You can see it under the Redeem button on the same page. Credit shows and is used on roblox.com, not inside the game app.
• Want Robux? On the same page, select Get Robux, then Buy.
• If what is left is not enough for a full package, select Convert Credit to Robux.

Code not working?

Some characters look alike. Try O instead of 0, I instead of 1, S instead of 5, or B instead of 8. Have more than one code? Enter them one at a time.
