How to Redeem a PSN Card (PlayStation Store)

First, check your account country

A PlayStation Store code works on a PlayStation account from the same country as the card. The card's country is in the product name.

Also make sure you're signed in to the right account. Funds can't be moved to another account once they're added.

How to redeem your code

1. After you complete your order, you'll find your code on the order page and in your email.
2. Open PlayStation Store and sign in to the PlayStation account you want to top up.
3. Select your profile at the top of the screen, or the menu icon.
4. Select Redeem Code.
5. Carefully enter the 12-digit code and select Continue. The funds are added to your account wallet.

Code not working?

• Account country doesn't match the card: the code is for an account from the card's country, so use it on an account from that country.
• Code already used: each code can only be redeemed once. Check that you're signed in to the account you used it on, then sign out and back in to refresh your balance.
• Code not accepted: make sure you entered all 12 digits correctly.
